Living Way Apostolics is a Bible-based, Bible-preaching church. We adhere to what is written in the Bible and we believe and practice what it teaches on full salvation by Jesus and the apostles which is repentance, baptism in water by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost (Acts 2:38) with the initial sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance.
We believe in the authority and infallibility of the Bible and that is the given by inspiration of God – profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction and for instruction (2 Tim. 3:15-17)
We believe that there is only one God. The One God has revealed Himself to us as our Father, in His Son Jesus Christ, and through the Holy Spirit. The Bible says “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12) – and that name is Jesus Christ.
We believe that every man has sinned (Rom 3:23-25) and is destined to death (Rom 6:23) but by God’s grace through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ at Calvary – we now have been given a ‘free gift’ to eternal life. Salvation comes not just by believing but also obeying the Word of God (James 2:16)
We believe the saving gospel is the good news that Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose again. We obey the gospel (II Thessalonians 1:8; I Peter 4:17) by repentance (death to sin), water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ (burial), and receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit (resurrection). (See 1 Corinthians 15:1-4; Acts 2:4, 37-39; Romans 6:3-4.)
We believe that as Christians or followers of Christ, we are called to love God and love others (Mark 12:28-31) There is also need to live a holy life inwardly and outwardly. (2 Corinthians 7:1; Hebrews 12:14)
We believe that Jesus Christ is coming again in a day we await as The Rapture to call away His church. In the end will be the final resurrection and the final judgment. The righteous will inherit eternal life, and the unrighteous eternal death. (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 20:11-15.)
To preach and teach the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and give hope to the lost by giving them the opportunity to experience the good and blessed life via Acts 2:38 of which the Lord Jesus died for and paid with His precious blood at the Calvary.
To offer every soul the opportunity to be saved and to attain great salvation which God has prepared for everyone in heaven.
To nurture believers in their spiritual growth by teaching them to live a holy life, love God, and love others as commanded in His Word.
To be a light in the community through outreach, acts of service, and spreading the love of Christ to those in need.
To equip individuals and families with biblical truths and principles, enabling them to live victorious and purposeful lives in Christ.
To proclaim the name of Jesus Christ as the only name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12) and to prepare His Church for His coming.
To build a community where faith is strengthened, lives are transformed, and every person finds their God-given purpose.
